Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessments to determine the creditworthiness of business clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine lending strategies and develop new financial products.
- Managing risk through due diligence and ensuring adherence to lending policies.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with business clients, offering financial advice and ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Overseeing loan portfolios and managing loan security documentation and arrears.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business lending, credit analysis, or a related role in the financial sector.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong skills in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and lending principles.
- Experience in interpreting financial statements, tax returns, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and knowledge of the Finpower Core Banking System is an advantage.
